Qualifications

This Role

Are you ready to break into the world of sales? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Inside Sales Representative—a key support role that serves as a steppingstone toward a full sales position. If you have a strong customer service mindset, enjoy building business relationships, and are eager to grow your professional network, this is the perfect opportunity to start your journey by supporting our high-performing sales team and learning the ins and outs of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Accounts Managers and their customers on a daily basis.
  • Generate quotes, place sales orders, search for products, and work with suppliers to build configurations.
  • Work with sales operations and services team to deliver products and services to customers efficiently.
  • Build relationships with clients over the phone, attend conference calls, and get familiar with accounts to create multiple level contacts.
  • Put together Technology Solutions from the broadest selection of hardware, software, and services in the industry.
  • Work with current customers to understand their business and better educate them on the value of working with Quadbridge.
  • Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with your customers, driving a great customer service experience.
  • Review customer backorder ETA, communicate delays, and offer customers comparable solutions if available.
  • Enter and update pipeline of assigned account managers as needed.
  • Submit and manage deal registrations for customer opportunities.

Qualifications

  • College degree (DEC) or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant customer service experience, with sales experience being a plus.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and interested in directly impacting the business.
  • Passion for relationship building and creative problem-solving.
  • A proactive, responsible approach to business with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English due to customers outside Quebec.
  • An analytical approach to managing business.
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop your skillset.
  • Sales and prospecting experience - an asset.
