Job summary

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to accurately process quotes and sales orders while delivering attentive customer service. The role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and focuses on configuring products for assigned customers.

You will manage pricing proposals, update orders from receipt to shipment, maintain customer portals, and collaborate with Account Managers to sustain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales is an asset.
• Experience with economic order quantity and payment terms is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and behavioral management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven written and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team.
• ERP system (Epicor) experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage configured products day-to-day sales activities for assigned customers.
• Create and complete configured products pricing proposals and quotations from project kickoff.
• Create and process all standard pricing requests and submit them to the customer.
• Enter and manage all customer orders, from purchase order receipt to shipment.
• Manage customer portals for applicable accounts.
• Proactively pursue project spare part initiatives with assigned customers, including quotation and order follow-up.
• Establish, maintain, and grow business relationships with current and new customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Attend on-site customer visits with Account Managers, as required.
• Prepare sales account analysis, stocking reviews, and document changes in customer buying patterns.
• Maintain Inventory Collaboration Program (ICP).
• Interface with CRM system to ensure critical customer information is captured.

What you will do

CenterLine requires a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative responsible for accurate and timely processing of quotes and sales orders with precision and efficiency, all while providing effective customer service. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

What you need to succeed

Wage Range: $45,000 - $65,000
