Job summary

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accurately process quotes and sales orders, while delivering excellent customer service. Reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Location in Windsor area with a focus on configured products and customer relationships.

Wage range listed: $45,000 - $65,000. Benefits include pension plan, health coverage, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales Representative experience is an asset.
• EOQ and payment term experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong interpersonal and behavioral management skills.
• Ability to work well within timelines.
• Proven written and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team environment.
• ERP system (Epicor) experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage configured products day-to-day sales activities of assigned customers.
• Create and complete configured products pricing proposals and project quotations from project kick-off.
• Create and process all standard pricing requests and submit them to the customer.
• Enter and manage all customer orders from PO receipt to shipment.
• Manage customer portals for applicable accounts.
• Proactively pursue project spare part initiatives with assigned customers, including quotation and order follow-up.
• Establish, maintain, and grow business relationships with current and new customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Attend on-site customer visits with Account Managers, as required.
• Prepare sales account analysis and stocking reviews, and document changes in buying patterns.
• Maintain Inventory Collaboration Program (ICP).
• Interface with CRM system to ensure critical customer information is captured.

What you will do

CenterLine requires a self-motivated, reliable individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative responsible for accurate and timely processing of quotes and sales orders with precision and efficiency, all while providing effective customer service. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
