Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience providing customer service.

  • Knowledge of Production Chokes and Specialty Control Valves preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inside sales functions related to parts and OTS products.
  • Receive inquiries and review customers’ specifications.
  • Supply customers with quotations and process sales orders.

Job description

Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Inside Sales Representative to work in Edmonton, AB.

Work Conditions :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour days
  • Flexible work hours available after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities :

  • Providing inside sales functions related to parts and off the shelf (OTS) products
  • Receive inquiries and review customers’ commercial and technical specifications
  • Supply customers with quotations
  • Receive purchase orders, perform contract review and generate sales orders
  • Act as liaison with the customer
  • Support regional offices with order requirements
  • Process product returns
  • Coordinate internally to ensure best results and support for the customer
  • Work with and support Aftermarket Services Team as required
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications :

  • Technology Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience providing customer service
  • Demonstrated judgement, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of Production Chokes, Specialty Control Valves and their applications preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge / expertise in SAP or other ERP system would be an asset
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and the ability to perform as a team player
