Position: Remote: US or Canada

Position Purpose

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting existing client relationships. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored logistics solutions to drive sales growth.

Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Leveraging Digital Marketing & CRM Tools
    • Utilize email, social media, and other digital channels to generate leads and engage prospects.
    • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns supporting sales.
    • Track and analyze digital outreach effectiveness.
    • Use CRM software to track leads, activities, and interactions.
  • Market & Solutions Knowledge
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
    • Maintain knowledge of American Expediting’s services.
    • Educate customers on logistics solutions.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
    • 2+ years in sales, with experience in B2B or transportation/logistics; medical industry experience preferred.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts (100+), with daily engagement.
    • Ability to work under pressure, with daily CRM updates; HubSpot experience preferred.
    • Bilingual French/English required.
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience selling value-based products/services.
    • Successful track record in account management, lead generation, and qualification.
    • Experience with digital tools and sales channels.
    • Ability to build strong customer and internal relationships.
