Auto Electric Service Ltd. in Regina, Saskatchewan, is hiring an Inside Salesperson to be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and product knowledge over the counter and by phone.

You will support merchandising initiatives and help maintain a clean, professional store environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, automotive knowledge is a plus, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive knowledge or experience is an asset.
• Proven experience in retail, customer service, or automotive parts sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and sales-focused manner
• Sell parts, provide quotes, and advise customers on product options and compatibility
• Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion products when appropriate
• Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS, cash, debit, or credit transactions
• Handle returns and warranty items
• Participate in merchandising and visual display initiatives to enhance product visibility
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the store, displays, and outside areas
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Stay up to date on new products, industry innovations, and company promotions
