Join the sales team and help the organization grow! We are in search of an inside sales member to handle inbound leads generated from our marketing department.

Position Overview

This is an exciting role with a designed path to an outside sales role. We require no industry knowledge; however, commercial truck knowledge would be an asset. We do require pure salesmanship and the tenacious, self-driven qualities that come with it. We will provide all training.

If you have previous, successful sales experience and are interested in a change that can lead to a long-term, extremely rewarding career, this role is for you.

  • Identify and contact new potential customers within industry segments
  • Work directly with Marketing and Sales manager to provide customer feedback
  • Work closely with Sales team
  • Manage call and sales cycles within CRM
  • Learn product specifications and market segment applications
  • Understand and adhere to the sales program provided
  • Administer the coordination of appointments between customers and sales consultants
Required Qualifications
  • Grade 12 diploma or higher; Post-secondary education in marketing is preferred
  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably from the automotive industry
  • Hold a valid Class 3 driver's license
  • Exceptional telephone sales experience recommended
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask with a tenacious work ethic
  • Knowledge of CRM is considered an asset
