Job Summary

Responsible for generating new sales opportunities or up-selling through phone, email, or in person. Develop customer relationships by identifying needs, informing about products and services, providing solutions, recommending products, and handling customer orders.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, rates, and services via telephone or in person. Engage with counter and phone customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify up-selling and add-on sales opportunities. Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies.
  • Develop relationships with customers and establish Brafasco as their first choice supplier.
  • Process purchase orders and handle transactions.
  • Order products, arrange deliveries, and follow up on order status.
  • Prospect for new sales via outbound calls and emails.
  • Manage the sales process, track orders, resolve issues, and support customer service.
  • Provide product pricing using the pricing matrix and other resources.
Nature and Scope
  • Select processes based on rules, practices, or instructions. Seek guidance on non-routine issues.
  • Work under close supervision with limited independent judgment. Tasks involve detailed checks or review.

Work Environment
  • Indoor, comfortable setting. Unpleasant conditions are infrequent.
  • Physical activities include walking, standing, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and maneuvering equipment.

Education And Experience
