What you will do

• Respond to customer service inquiries over the phone and via web-chat
• Gather information to qualify/disqualify prospective customer leads
• Offer information regarding resources and Zoocasa services
• Provide warm introductions from prospects to our Agents
• Develop knowledge of Zoocasa Agent team and understanding of regions and areas of specialization
• Book customers for meetings with Realtors
• Collaboratively develop scripts and service offerings for clients
• Follow up with incoming leads from [Sources] and partner referrals
• Conduct a high volume of outbound follow-up calls
• Manage weekly and monthly activity reporting

The starting base pay is $34,424 CAD per year in our lowest cost of living market, dependent on factors like location, experience, skills, and training. Pay is part of a total compensation package that allows for growth within the role.
