About the team

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and web chat
• Qualify and disqualify prospective leads
• Provide information about Zoocasa services
• Facilitate introductions from prospects to our Agents
• Develop knowledge of our Agent team and regional specializations
• Book meetings for customers with Realtors
• Collaborate on scripts and service offerings
• Follow up on incoming leads and partner referrals
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls
• Manage weekly and monthly activity reports

The starting salary is $34,424 CAD per year in regions with the lowest cost of living, dependent on experience and skills. Compensation includes base pay and growth opportunities.
