Job summary

Parts for Trucks is seeking a skilled Inside Sales professional in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to assist customers with identifying and selecting the right heavy-duty parts. You will leverage your technical knowledge to locate parts, provide quotes, and process orders while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle returns and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education in heavy-duty or automotive parts is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in a similar Inside Sales role within heavy-duty truck industry is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn about new parts and components.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
• Standing and some moderate to heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Inside Salesperson to join our team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to the right parts and components. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail will contribute to the continued success of our business.
