Bruyère Health Research Institute seeks an Innovation & Program Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day research activities and financial coordination across the program. You will support grant submissions, ethics materials, data collection, and analysis, while ensuring project objectives are met and stakeholders are supported.

You will also handle ledger reconciliations, payroll allocations, and preparation of reports for funders, contributing to Bruyère’s mission to advance healthcare

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and multiple funding sources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day innovation projects and grant submissions.
• Support ethics materials, data collection, and analysis.
• Manage general ledger and payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and project write-ups for stakeholders.
• Support literature reviews and manuscript drafting for publications.
