Job summary

Kinectrics in Toronto is seeking a Winter 2027 Innovation Program Management Co-op Student to help shape the future growth of the organization. You will evaluate emerging technologies, support commercialization and new product development initiatives, contribute to business strategy, and collaborate with universities and industry partners to move ideas from concept to impact.

You will gain exposure to nuclear technologies, receive mentorship, and work on real innovation projects across AM,

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in engineering, science, entrepreneurship, or management.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical/business audiences.
• Well organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Power BI or project tools is a plus.
• Graduate-level or MBA experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new technologies with potential to transform operations.
• Support development of technical white papers, market assessments and business cases.
• Coordinate innovation projects and help plan roadmaps.
