Job summary

Kinaxis Inc. is seeking an analytical, proactive intern to support our Global Partnership Organization (GPO) in Ottawa. You will work with partner managers and cross-functional teams to manage pipeline, analyze data, and prepare executive-ready materials.

You will gain hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, B2B technology, and enterprise go-to-market execution, in a full-time 8-month internship starting January 2027. Hybrid work from Kanata HQ is required at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create clear, executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Partner Organization (GPO) team with project tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and relationship documentation.
• Analyze data and create reports to provide strategic insights for sound decision-making.
• Create partner-facing and executive-facing presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with other business units like sales, finance, product, etc., to strengthen growth of Kinaxis and our partners.
• Organize meetings, including scheduling, prepping agendas, and taking actionable notes.
• Help evolve and maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
• May assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

About the team

Our team operates within the Global Partner Organization at Kinaxis, driving strategic programs that strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth. We focus on building and executing go-to-market strategies, enabling partner ecosystems, and delivering measurable business outcomes through collaboration both internally within Kinaxis and externally with Partners.

We are looking for an analytical and proactive intern to support our Global Partnership Organization (GPO). This intern will work closely with our partner managers and cross-functional teams to manage partnership pipeline, track progress, manage data, organize meetings, and prepare executive-ready materials. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, B2B technology, and enterprise go-to-market execution.

Location

You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office at least three days a week.

Term Duration

This is a full-time, 8-month position, starting January 2027.

Co-op / Intern Eligibility

This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.

Compensation range

$19.46 - $28.55hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a hybrid setting, at least 3 days a week from Kinaxis Headquarters in Kanata
• Master's in business, finance, economics, management or MBA is an asset.
