Job Summary
You will drive change by partnering with innovative entrepreneurs to launch transformative products that address global challenges in markets such as Mobility, MedTech, Infrastructure, and more. You will leverage the "One Team, One Linamar" approach to combine world-leading technology, manufacturing excellence, and global networks, driving success in commercializing creativity and shaping the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze emerging industry trends aligned with the Vision 2100 strategy to drive innovation and business growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, and key representatives from global innovative companies.
• Lead initial discussions with potential partners to ensure alignment with Linamar iHub services and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Global Innovation teams in Asia and Europe to foster cross-regional innovation and partnership opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations to support manufacturing partnerships and strategic initiatives.
• Provide support for additional projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the Innovation Hub.

Academic/Educational Requirements

• University/College degree/diploma in the field of Business or Engineering is preferred.

Required Skills/Experience

• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting training sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Proactively seeks out learning opportunities and stays current with evolving technologies and trends in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in preparing clear, concise, and professional business reports and documentation.
• Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, maintaining productivity and focus under tight deadlines.
