Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to bridge shop-floor execution and strategic account growth. This hybrid role combines technical ownership with customer-facing sales support and requires hands-on presence on the floor to meet timelines.

You will lead tooling lifecycles from design to production readiness, coordinating engineering, machining, and quality teams while identifying upsell opportunities and aligning with customer production needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or project management.
2–5 years in program/project management with customer-facing responsibilities.
Hands-on experience in mold making, CNC machining, or tool build preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow accounts.
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through production readiness.
Serve as primary liaison for assigned customer accounts and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, machining, assembly, and quality.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation.
Own budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change control with customers.
Maintain CRM updates and ensure timely, accurate communications.
