As a member of the Customer Engineering team for the Turbofan program – Business Aviation, reporting to the program manager, you will manage in-service product performance, maintain customer relationships, and align service teams with our strategic goals. You will lead integrated product teams to influence product improvements affecting safety, durability, reliability, or operational costs.

This full-time position is based in Longueuil, working on-site from Monday to Friday with flexible hours.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead Customer Engineering activities for the Turbofan – Business Aviation program
  • Manage product performance including safety, reliability, durability, and maintenance services
  • Ensure compliance with obligations from OEMs, operators, and authorities
  • Coordinate organizational strategies across departments
  • Forecast market trends and manage in-service campaigns
  • Optimize operational costs
  • Develop strategies for new program and customer onboarding
  • Manage customer relationships and warranty programs
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • AME license (asset)
  • 5-7 years of experience in aerospace, aftermarket, or operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Ability to translate technical data into strategic actions

Proficiency in English is required to read technical documentation and communicate with international clients and colleagues.
