Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un GTE pour rejoindre notre équipe de Vol d’essais basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous aurez la responsabilité de suivre le statut des aéronefs en série depuis le test opérationnel FAL (FOT) jusqu’au transfert de titre (TOT).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe du Centre d’essais en Vol et d’intégration chargée de planifier et mener des activités de développement, de certification, de production, de marketing, de vente et d'essais en vol de formation sur les aéronefs assignés.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis :

• Participer en tant que représentant du département des Essais en Vol à l'acceptance de l'avion lors du FOT (Final Operational Test)
• Participer aux essais de roulage basse et haute vitesses en tant que membre d'équipage avec un pilote d'essais qualifié,
• Participer aux essais en vol de production et d'acceptance client en tant que membre d'équipage (vérifications de la cabine)
• Agir comme responsable sécurité cabine lors des essais sol et vol
• Revoir et valider les conditions/statut technique de l'avion avant les essais via l'Airbus Log Book (ALB)
• Fournir une expertise technique en interne et aussi aux autres département (livraison, qualité, bureau d'étude, Mise Au Point)
• Supporter l'amélioration des différents documents d'essais: PATM, CAM, ISATFM
• Supporter les réunions liés à sécurité des opérations,
• Supporter les autres sites d'Airbus au besoin

Votre profil :

• Vous avez un Baccalauréat en Ingénierie/aéronautique ou 5 ans d'expérience dans un service technique dans l'industrie aéronautique
• Vous avez de solides compétences en communication
• Vous avez une solide expérience dans les essais en vol et au sol
• Vous maîtrisez les systèmes de l'Airbus A220
• Vous êtes ingénieux et capable de trouver des moyens créatifs d'atteindre le résultat souhaité, en vous adaptant à des situations en évolution rapide et à des obstacles émergents
• Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression
• Vous possédez une licence radio aéronautique valide (de préférence)
• Vous êtes apte au vol et capable d'être certifié équipage de conduite médical équivalent TCCA / FAA)
• Vous possédez une licence de maintenance d'aéronefs TCCA / FAA (de préférence)

Déplacements requis : Déplacements occasionnels au Canada et à l’étranger.

You will be part of the Flight Test team responsible for planning and conducting development, certification, production, marketing and sales activities, and training flight tests on assigned aircraft.

Your challenges:

• Participate to the aircraft acceptance at the FOT (Final Operational Test) as flight test representative
• As flight test crew, participate to Low & High Speed taxi with a qualified test pilot,
• As flight crew member, participate to production and customer acceptance test flights (cabin checks )
• Act as a Cabin Safety Crew (CSC) during testing
• Review and validate the aircraft technical status/conditions prior testing via the Airbus Log Book (ALB)
• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders (delivery, quality, engineering, MAP (Mise Au point))
• Support test documentations improvement: Production Aircraft Test Manual, Customer Acceptance Manual, In-Service Aircraft Technical Flight Manual
• Support meetings related to safety
• Support other Airbus sites when required

Your boarding pass:

• You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering / aeronautics or 5 years working in a technical department in aviation industry
• You have strong communication skills
• You have strong experience in flight and ground testing
• You are knowledgeable of Airbus A220 aircraft systems
• You are resourceful and able to find creative ways to achieve desired outcome, adapting to rapidly changing situations and emerging obstacles
• You have the ability to work under pressure
• You possess a valid aeronautical radio licence (preferred)
• You are fit for flight and able to be certified flight crew medical TCCA / FAA equivalent)
• You possess a TCCA/ FAA Aircraft Maintenance licence (preferred)

Travel required: Occasional travel within Canada and Overseas.
