Responsibilities

• Design and Develop High-Quality Tests: Create and design reliable tests for mattresses, ensuring they are updated with new product features to maintain relevance and accuracy
• Innovate and Validate: Research and stay abreast of emerging technologies and market innovations. Validate hypotheses through comprehensive product testing to support cutting-edge advancements
• Collaborate and Support: Work closely with various departments to identify critical product information that users seek. Provide ongoing support to testing teams throughout the testing process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Share Your Expertise: Serve as a mattress product expert by engaging with users through our site forum and email, addressing their questions and concerns

Qualifications/Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in engineering or a relevant field is an asset
• Good knowledge of Matlab or Python
• Good communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Open to hiring entry-level candidates or those with more experience:

Roles and Salary Ranges

• Test Designer I: Entry level, salary range: $70-$85K, fast learner, good technical knowledge of mattress materials, problem-solving skills
• Test Designer II: Salary range: $92-$110K, project ownership, strong technical knowledge, data-driven scope of work
• Senior: Salary range: $100-$140K, establishes success metrics, mentors juniors, expert-level knowledge
