• Monitor, review, and troubleshoot networking equipment, specifically on the Behlen side of the network.
• Maintain network stability and performance.
• Manage and support tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of in-house applications.
• Work closely with the development team to support the deployment of new software and application updates.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment in the manufacturing environment.
• Replace failed equipment as needed.
• Provide on-site support for manufacturing users, assisting with both software and hardware issues at their stations.

INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Technician to provide technical support for both local and remote users. Key Responsibilities:

? User Support (Hardware and Software):
