Job summary

PERI Group in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant for Infrastructure to identify and develop opportunities in major projects across bridges, tunnels, and plants. You will engage with engineering firms, general contractors, and market influencers, leveraging technical knowledge to craft compelling proposals and manage long-term client relationships.

You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions, prepare high-quality quotes,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction is a plus
• 2+ years in Sales/Project Management or 3+ years in formwork/scaffolding/construction
• Technical knowledge of PERI products is an asset
• Ability to read engineered structural drawings is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue major infrastructure/industrial projects in the territory
• Meet with potential customers to review project needs and provide quotes
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with engineering firms and contractors
• Prepare high-quality quotes, including 3D models or animations with support from Engineering/Marketing
• Calculate prices for formwork and scaffolding solutions optimizing cost and safety
• Manage long sales cycles with strategic client meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer experience
