Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Vancouver seeks an experienced Risk Management Consultant to lead risk activities for large capital infrastructure programs, including rail transit projects. You will develop RMPs, perform quantitative risk analyses, and train teams in risk processes.

The role requires 8+ years in risk management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and certification (RMP). Strong tooling skills with ARM/OPRA, Primavera P6, and MS Project are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk Management in Large Capital Infrastructure programs/Projects, Rail Transit Projects.
• Holding recognized certifications including RMP® - Risk Management Professional
• Proficiency with risk management software and tools including ARM, OPRA, Acumen Risk, Primavera P6, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk management procedures and work instructions for Large Capital Infrastructure programs/projects.
• Provide risk management services, including development and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and governance frameworks.
• Perform risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, risk assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring and maintenance of risk registers.
• Prepare and maintain risk reports, dashboards, analyses, and performance metrics for project governance and monthly reporting.
• Liaise with scheduling and cost teams to monitor contingency and risk exposures.
