Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant proposal development experience, preferably with BC infrastructure projects.
• Strong English language and technical writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from recognized post-secondary institution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the writing of RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs for major infrastructure projects.
• Track and ensure timely delivery of proposals and bid submissions.
• Manage proposal-related information flow from internal and external sources.
