Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. (formerly Comtech Group) is seeking an Office Manager to lead facilities for the Toronto project office.

You will oversee space planning, vendor contracts, and safety protocols, coordinating with IT and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration across client, delivery partners, and contractors, with a focus on efficiency and cost control in a large infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in office management or facilities management.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management; a certificate is a plus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts, including procurement and invoices.
• Proven ability to plan and execute office improvements and relocations on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with OHSA and office safety regulations.
• Ability to build relationships across a multi-party programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations for the project office, including space, equipment, and assets.
• Develop and maintain office policies and health, safety, and wellbeing protocols.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure requirements with the IT department.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, procurement, and invoices.
• Lead onboarding and workspace setup for new project staff and manage access and security where required.
