Responsibilities

• You’ll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout.
• You’ll define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission‑critical construction projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with owner objectives.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
