Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Operations & Modernization Engineer to drive enterprise infrastructure modernization across SCCM, Intune, IAM, and Azure. You will implement vulnerability and patch management, monitor systems, and advance endpoint lifecycle management.

Strong IAM controls, conditional access, MFA and RBAC will be central to the role. The candidate will collaborate on automation and governance, ensuring audit readiness and robust documentation across cloud

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and modernization.
• Proficiency with SCCM, Intune, IAM and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability and patch management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling (SCOM and cloud monitoring).
• Experience with endpoint modernization and lifecycle management.
• Experience with IAM concepts including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC and privileged access controls.
• Knowledge of service account governance and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vulnerability and patch management programs.
• Monitor and ensure observability with SCOM and cloud monitoring.
• Administer SCCM and Intune environments.
• Lead endpoint modernization and lifecycle management.
• Implement IAM, including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
• Govern service accounts and implement governance.
• Drive infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and audit readiness.
• Support Azure infrastructure and cloud operations (preferred).
