Job summary

HRConnects is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to shape enterprise infrastructure operations, focusing on modernization, security, and optimization of cloud and on‑premises environments. The role emphasizes governance, automation, and proactive infrastructure improvements.

You will bring 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, with expertise in IAM, vulnerability and patch management, and hands-on experience with SCOM, SCCM, and Intune.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments with a focus on modernization and security.
• Strong experience with modernization, security, and automation initiatives.
• Proven skills in vulnerability and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as SCOM and cloud monitoring solutions.
• Expertise in SCCM and Intune administration, endpoint modernization, and lifecycle management.
• IAM expertise including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
• Experience with service account governance and infrastructure automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Documentation, standards, and audit readiness to ensure compliance.
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud operations is a plus.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure operations, modernization, and automation.

• Preferred familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud operations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Cloud-native experience, especially with Azure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks.
• Previous exposure to service account governance and endpoint lifecycle management.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in enterprise infrastructure environments, with a focus on modernization and security.
