The Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Systems and Integration provides leadership for the integration, delivery assurance, and operational readiness of infrastructure systems across the LDRR Infrastructure Modernization Program, including maintenance and servicing facilities, line-point locations, and supporting infrastructure.
The role ensures that interfaces between facility infrastructure, railway systems, specialized maintenance and servicing equipment, utilities, operational technology, IT and telecommunications, security systems, fleet requirements, and railway operations are identified, coordinated, and successfully integrated.
Working across LDRR, Engineering, Construction, Technology, Fleet, Operations, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, the Delivery Manager leads cross-project and cross-discipline integration through design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and transition to operations.
The role operates across multiple projects and workstreams. Individual Project Managers remain accountable for project-level scope, schedule, cost, and execution, while designated technical authorities retain responsibility for discipline-specific engineering decisions.
