Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Business Center Operations Leader to guide the Infrastructure Business Center for Land Services in Ontario & Atlantic Canada. Lead operations, strategic planning, and financial performance for a team of 200+ professionals, delivering projects across residential, industrial, and transportation sectors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership, financial management and/or consulting experience.
- Professional registration is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead Operations and drive business performance within the infrastructure business center.
- Review monthly financial statements and discretionary spending; action improvements.
- Monitor forecasting, EVA, WIP, AR, DSO, and utilization; address issues.
- Oversee budgeting and achieving gross margin and contribution targets.
- Lead financially sound project delivery and risk reviews.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming operations.
- Ensure staffing levels and workforce mix align with workloads.
- Foster collaboration across North America and other business lines.
