Job summary

Stantec in London, Ontario is seeking a Project Manager in Land Development to lead multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects from pursuit through design and construction. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and team performance while ensuring quality deliverables.

This role emphasizes business development, client relationship management, and mentoring engineers and technologists. A professional engineer license in Ontario and 5+ years in consulting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Civil Engineering and relevant licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting project management and business development experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary civil land development projects.
• Knowledge of land development processes and approvals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, schedule and quality across large multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technologists.
• Oversee civil servicing, grading, drainage design and coordination.
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and agencies.
• Prepare project specifications and construction documents.
• Support marketing and business development efforts and pursuits.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and opportunities.
