Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure project coordination/management experience in IT Infrastructure.
• 5+ years managing IT projects within the Healthcare sector.
• Experience supporting capital construction or renovation projects.
• IT Infrastructure project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement.
• Risk, issue, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT infrastructure activities across multiple capital projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and WBS.
• Track project budgets, procurement activities, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and technical validation sessions.
• Support project governance, documentation, and decision tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Provide on-site coordination and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support organizational change initiatives and project communications.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure
• 5+ years managing IT projects within the Healthcare sector
• Experience supporting capital construction or renovation projects
• IT Infrastructure project coordination and stakeholder management
• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:
