THE TEAM

The mission of the Cybersecurity department is to deliver high - quality cybersecurity services and solutions that minimize risk across Aritzia's systems and data.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Cybersecurity team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering secure and resilient cybersecurity services across Aritzia's systems and network. As the Director, Service Delivery Cybersecurity you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and delivery of a comprehensive company-wide cybersecurity program, with a strong emphasis on Identity Access Management and Threat & Vulnerability Management. Your leadership will ensure protection from security threats and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security, and privacy. THE ROLE
  • Provide reliable and performant cybersecurity solutions with excellent proactive and reactive support
  • Ensure the continuous health and performance of cybersecurity features
  • Minimize the impact of disruptions within cybersecurity features
  • Identify and address underlying issues and prevent recurring incidents in cybersecurity features
  • Ensure cybersecurity assets and configurations are controlled and have access to reliable information
  • Support with bringing a clear vision and strategic direction for Cybersecurity at Aritzia to life
  • Define and manage identity and access controls based on business and compliance requirements
  • Mitigate vulnerabilities to threats using security controls and alerts
THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
  • Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM), and Security Operations (SIEM/EDR/SOAR) and related tools:
  • IAM: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk , BeyondTrust
  • TVM: Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike Falcon, Defender for Endpoint
  • SIEM/SOAR: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud security, endpoint protection, network security, and application security controls
  • Skilled in scripting/automation and infrastructure-as-code for security operations and service delivery
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, Azure/AWS/GCP Security, ITIL, and vendor-specific credentials is an asset

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150 ,000 -$250 ,000 per year . The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience . Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity . We are always looking for top talent . I f your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salar y may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications .
