Job summary

McKercher LLP is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to provide helpdesk support and assist with infrastructure management for our Saskatoon and Regina offices.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 3–5 years of IT support experience, and certifications such as Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE. A strong networking and security mindset with experience across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT helpdesk experience supporting 100+ end users.
• Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE certifications.
• Experience with endpoint management, cloud-based systems, and cross‑platform devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for company users.
• Assist with infrastructure management for Saskatoon and Regina offices.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Support security and change-management processes.

The Opportunity

As an Information Technology Analyst, you will provide helpdesk support and assist with infrastructure management for our Saskatoon and Regina offices.

Training will be provided; however, preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting a legal environment and a strong understanding of networking and systems infrastructure. This position may require occasional after-hours and weekend work, including emergency support when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3-5 years of IT helpdesk experience supporting 100+ end users
• Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE certifications
• Experience with endpoint management and cloud-based systems
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and servers, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS
• Strong security-focused mindset and working knowledge of security best practices
• Excellent understanding of change management principles and process documentation
