Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and highly motivated Influencer Sales Specialist to join our marketing team for Bellesa Boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close a high volume of influencer marketing deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand partners.
• Negotiate deal terms to maximize ROI and ensure campaign success.
• Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging influencer talent.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g., posts may be required at 6pm ET).
