Job description

Basic Purpose of Position:

Responsible for Tracking and Maintaining Flight Attendants Qualifications Monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine Candidates due for recurrent Training/Crew Resource Management/First Aid and other Training as required.
  2. Adjust FA monthly training as required to balance training credits and flying requirements given by Supervisor.
  3. Produce French Training letters for Monthly Bid Packages.
  4. Book Pairings for out of base Training requirements.
  5. Book Hotels/Transportation and flights.
  6. Enter preassigned Training in CrewTrac.
  7. Work with internal and external departments to ensure a Flight Attendant training plan is recovered when a Flight Attendant fails, ensuring there is no impact to operations coverage.
  8. Plan return to work Training and Indoc.
  9. Provide information/reports to Inflight department when required.
  10. Responsible for all Planning/Tracking and recovery for all Flight Attendant new Hires.
  11. Assist Planners with Monthly open Vacation awards for the Flight Attendants.

Qualifications:

  1. Airline Experience for at least 3 Years.
  2. Knowledge of Crew Trac would be an asset.
  3. Knowledge of Altea would be an asset.
  4. Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams an asset.
  5. Understanding of Crew Qualifications.
  6. Understanding of Collective Agreements.
  7. Work well as a Team Player or Independent.
  8. Good decision making.
  9. Organized.
  10. Able or flexible to work hours.
