Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as Infection Control/Occupational Health Practitioner in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of infection control/occupational health practices in hospital settings
• Familiar with risk management and program evaluation methods
• Ability to work independently with professional judgment and initiative
• Safety certification training recommended (e.g., CRSP) and WHMIS desirable

• Provide infection control and OH expertise within Yukon Hospital Corporation
• Assist in developing and evaluating infection prevention strategies
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
