Bridgwater Montessori Academy in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an Infant & Toddler ECE II for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide quality care and education to young children in a nurturing Montessori-inspired setting.

The position requires Manitoba ECE II certification; Montessori knowledge is an asset but not required. Montessori training can be provided to successful candidates, with a focus on developmentally appropriate activities and collaborative work with families and fellow educators.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Manitoba ECE II certification.
• Experience in childcare or educational setting.
• Ability to educate and engage young children effectively.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging activities for infants and toddlers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities in a classroom setting.
• Provide care to children while nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment that supports learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the well-being of each child.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
