B&G Industrial Services Ltd. is hiring an experienced Welder / Industrial Fabricator to join our steel manufacturing team in Thornloe, ON. This hands-on industrial role involves structural welding and fabrication in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate must have CWB certification and experience in an industrial welding environment. Additional benefits include a boot allowance, prescription safety glasses allowance, and an RRSP/DPSP program.

B&G IndustrialServices Ltd. is hiring an experienced Welder / Industrial Fabricator to joinour steel manufacturing and industrial fabrication team in Thornloe, ON. Thisis a hands-on industrial role involving structural welding, fabrication, repairand maintenance of steel components and industrial equipment in a fast-pacedshop environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform welding using SMAW, MIG, TIG, and FCAW processes
• Weld inmultiple positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead)
• Read andinterpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate,assemble, and repair structural steel and industrial components
• Align andposition parts using measuring tools and clamps
• Repairequipment and machinery through welding and metal repair techniques
• Operategrinders and fabrication tools to prepare materials
• Ensure weldquality meets company and industry standards
• Follow allhealth and safety procedures in an industrial shop environment
• Maintain aclean and safe workspace

REQUIREMENTS

• CWB certification or equivalent welding qualification (asset orrequired depending on role)
• Experience inindustrial, fabrication, mill, or structural welding environment
• Ability to readand interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strongunderstanding of welding codes and safety standards
• Physicallycapable of performing heavy industrial work
• Valid driver’s license (asset for site travel roles)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Exposure to noise, heat, dust and steel fabrication equipment
• Occasional overtime and emergency call-ins may be required
• PPE is mandatory at all times

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Wage: CA$55,000.00 - CA$78,000.00 per year

Overtime: Paid in accordance with Ontario Employment Standards Act

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday's-Thursday's (7am-5pm) & Friday's (7am-1pm)(44 hours/week)
