Source Atlantic is hiring a Technical Service Administrator in Mount Uniacke, NS to coordinate valve service schedules, support field technicians, and manage service documentation. You’ll serve as the critical link between customers, suppliers and the service team, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires post-secondary education in business or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced service, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment is a strong asset.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and respond effectively to urgent requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate and prompt customer service to ensure satisfaction and support field service technicians.
• Maintain and monitor customer preventive maintenance schedules with the service team.
• Coordinate parts orders, track shipments and ensure pricing/delivery.
• Size valves to customer requirements using supplier portals and sizing programs; training provided.
• Maintain desired inventory levels for upcoming jobs.
• Estimate on-site and in-shop service work.
• Manage service-related documentation, including quotes, service orders, purchase orders, and reports.
