Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions by mapping customer requirements to product capabilities, with a primary focus on control valves and measurement instrumentation.
• Review specifications, datasheets, and process conditions to support accurate application, sizing, and quotation.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's technical products and services.
• Respond to technical and application questions with clear, accurate guidance; propose and present technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineers, technical decision-makers, and project managers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to produce technical documentation and quotations that reflect solution, pricing, and timelines.
• Provide technical support during project execution to ensure a smooth transition from quote to order fulfillment.
• Partner with account managers to understand customer needs and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
