Job summary

TiC Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-volume recruitment for industrial trades across client sites in Canada. The role starts in-office five days a week for the first six months, then shifts to a hybrid schedule as you establish relationships with Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray teams.

We value relationship-building, sourcing expertise, and the ability to partner with internal leaders on forecasted hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, with high-volume and/or industrial trade focus.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Experience with ICIMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for high-volume manpower across client sites.
• Post positions and track candidate submissions.
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, prepare posting summaries, verify qualifications and references.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, craft interview questions and offers.
• Source candidates on ATS/CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to understand needs and forecasts.

TIC Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support high-volume recruitment across Industrial Trades and NDT.

About the Role

• Permanent Full-time
• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Required to be in office 5 days per week for first 6 months, 4 days per week hybrid after 6 months, candidates can be located in the Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray area.
• Responsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites
• Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions
• Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references;
• Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
• Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume and/or industrial trade recruitment
• Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing
• Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects
• Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
• Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
