Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking an Industrial Tire Sales & Service Supervisor to grow tire sales and oversee daily tire department operations within an assigned territory. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and lead a team to deliver revenue growth and exceptional service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, field visits, and coordination of service operations to ensure safety, high-quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership or supervision within a tire/heavy equipment environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Compensation Range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location, skillset, education, and experience.

Position Summary

The Industrial Tire Sales & Service Supervisor is responsible for growing industrial tire sales while overseeing the daily operation of the tire department within an assigned territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and combines business development, customer relationship management, and service operations leadership to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Quote, sell, and support industrial tire products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Coordinate daily service operations, including scheduling, work orders, inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
• Supervise technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor department performance, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Sales, service supervision, or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in industrial tires, commercial tires, construction/OTR tires, or related industries preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• We do not require Canadian work experience for this role.
