You will provide solutions to fleet wash, surface treatment and industrial customers, aiming to lower operating costs and exceed expectations using our diverse product lines and channels.

Qualifications

• Live in British Columbia.
• 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.
• Travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective on-site technical service to support product applications at customer sites.
• Manage multiple customers across the geography and product lines.
• Support inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform equipment repair, installations, testing, and inventory management at customer sites.
• Enter data into analytics systems with test results, readings, and service times.
• Travel to assigned customers for service audits.
