Job summary

Combined Metal Industries in Vaughan is seeking an Industrial Scale House Administrator to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers and to administer the scale operation.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with multiple shifts, a competitive CAD salary range around $50,000–$55,000, and benefits, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative, safety‑conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Diploma is an asset
• Minimum of one year previous administrative or customer service experience (can be part time)
• Strong customer service skills
• Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel
• Strong accurate data entry skills
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Industrial Scale House Administrator

Location: Keele and Langstaff - Vaughan - Brand New Facility

Shifts: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm; 1:30pm to 10:00pm and every other Saturdays

Expected Salary: $50,000K - 55,000K Range

The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!

We are Public Transit accessible!

CMI is located at Keele and Langstaff in Concord. A 20-minute bus ride from TTC Pioneer Village Subway Station in North York and a 10-15-minute bus ride from Rutherford GO Station in Vaughan. We will reimburse for York Region Transit if you need to pay a double fare
