About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous Industrial Process Analyst to join their operations team in Kimberley . This role is crucial for evaluating and improving industrial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards. You will conduct detailed analyses of existing operations, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively with production teams to implement practical solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and a keen eye for operational detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current industrial processes, workflows, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to clearly document existing and proposed processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Measure and monitor the performance of implemented changes, collecting data and providing reports.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and operators to gain insights and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
