Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Operations Analyst to join a fully remote team, supporting operations across locations while keeping the role location-independent. You will analyze data to identify trends, evaluate processes, and recommend improvements to reduce costs and optimize resources.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative background with 2–4 years of analytics experience, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related)
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in operations or industrial engineering
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience with statistical modeling and simulation is a plus
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
