Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks a seasoned Piping Superintendent to lead industrial piping across Western Canada, driving safety, quality and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.

You will direct field staff, subcontractors and trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget, while solving complex field challenges and delivering high-performance projects for Ledcor.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of construction supervision experience in industrial piping projects.
• Proven experience leading large piping teams including General Forepersons, Forepersons, and crews of 50+ pipefitters.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role such as Superintendent or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piping construction execution, including installation, fabrication, testing and turnover.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, schedule, quality and safety.
• Ensure site safety measures meet corporate and regulatory standards; manage field change orders and RFIs.
