Ledcor is seeking a seasoned Piping Superintendent to lead industrial piping projects across Western Canada. You will drive safe, high‑quality execution from planning through turnover, directing field staff, subcontractors, and trades to meet schedule and budget targets.
The role requires 3–8 years in piping supervision, a Journeyperson Pipefitter/Steamfitter certification, and proven leadership of large crews. Expect travel, site rotations, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the safe, efficient, and high quality execution of all piping activities while driving field excellence from planning through turnover. As a key site leader, you will champion safety and environmental stewardship, uphold rigorous quality standards, and execute field project plans that keep crews productive, aligned, and on schedule. You’ll provide clear direction to field staff, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You are a natural problem solver—someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges and bringing innovative, actionable solutions to the field.
