The role reports to the hiring manager and focuses on delivering quality outcomes from preconstruction through completion.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of construction experience with 2–6 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading mid-sized teams on projects worth $1M–$25M.
• Strong knowledge of piping scopes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Construction Operations: oversee daily site activities, staffing, scheduling, subtrade coordination, field cost control, and quality assurance.
• Drive Project Planning & Preconstruction Support: contribute to site logistics planning, phasing, schedule development, design/constructability reviews, and budget input.
• Coordinate cross-functional and trade activities with subcontractors, internal departments, engineering, estimating, and planning.
• Manage Construction Methods, Resources & Documentation: determine methods and resources, maintain documentation of hours, quantities, and progress.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: monitor and enforce safety programs and implement corrective actions.
• Support Project Controls, Coordination & Team Leadership: collaborate with engineering, estimating, and planning; assist with meetings, claims, warranty resolution, and budget management.
