Job summary

Insight Global in Milton, Canada is seeking an experienced Millwright to join our maintenance team. You will analyze, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read schematics, and perform welding and fabrication as needed.

You'll work hands-on with presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and basic machine shop tasks, contributing to safe, reliable, and efficient production operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or technical education in millwright.
• Strong troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and ability to read schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical production equipment.
• Experience with presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and welding systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work at heights.
• Basic machine shop experience and use of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Respond to breakdowns and support preventative maintenance activities.
• Work hands-on with production equipment (presses, conveyors, robotic cells, welding systems) and perform basic machine shop tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and prioritize safety.
